Maggie is a traditional prenatal/postpartum doula, infant specialist and student midwife. She utilizes a holistic, nervous system centered approach for true preparation and support. She holds the space to remind you there is no rush and you are safe.

As a faith based practitioner, she brings you back to the remembrance that you are held by God and the Great Physician is with you in every season.

Warm Oil Treatments

Maggie is trained in traditional warm oil treatment, formally known as abhyanga. These treatments are similar to a massage but much more gentle. Using warm oil and gentle circular motions helps to awaken the circulatory system, bring balance to the nervous system and nourish your tissues.

Warm oil treatments are amazing for anyone but especially good for:

  • Postpartum

  • Preparing for birth

  • inflammation

  • Chronic pain

  • Autoimmune issues

  • Physical trauma

  • Stress

  • Heaviness
